hints and tips:

• mac users - please name your document with a PC file extension (e.g. calendar2001_2002.xls or ABC_minutes.doc) we've just discovered that it doesn't work if you don't add this.
• if you update or add a revision to a document, please be sure to check the sub-category field as this is currently not automatically updating
• please do not use the characters \ or / in either the original document name or the title you give your document on staffcentral. For dates, please use the format 2001-2002 or 18-01-02
