Departmental and subject-specific issues and resources relating to disability

In response to discipline-specific issues raised during recent SENDA workshops, we've tracked down some useful subject-based materials from the UK and abroad. Some Subject Centres within the Higher Education Academy Subject Network have also held events and published excellent advisory materials to which we've included links. Contact your Subject Centre to let them know what else you'd like to see provided in your subject areas - and please also let the CLT know about key questions or useful resources in your department or subject group so we can add them to this site (telephone Pauline Ridley on x3406 or email p.ridley@bton.ac.uk).

Resources here are arranged by School, so there may be some overlaps. We hope to add more materials and links to this section over the next few months. NB Please also check the main areas of this site for more general advice (eg accessible teaching and assessment strategies) relevant to most subjects.
