The Facilities Management team provides a number of services that are supported by the Help Desk.
Please complete and submit a Report a Lift Fault Form to report any lift faults. IMPORTANT: If persons are trapped please seek assistance from the local caretaker or call ext 3549 immediately.
Please complete and submit a Falmer Reserved Parking Request Form to make a reservation for the Falmer site.
Please note - your reservation is not booked until you receive an email confirmation.
Please complete and submit the Waste Management Request Form to request a supplementary waste collection or the recycling of materials such as electrical items, wood, furniture, and metal.

Please complete and submit the Courier Request Form primarily for the movement of internal and external post, library materials and Reprographics orders between internal sites only. Local Premises Officers/Site Managers can advise on other services available to move more substantial items, for example, furniture moves. Telecoms
Please complete and submit a Telecoms Fault Report Request Form to report any telephony related fault or service issue.

Please complete and submit the Telecoms Equipment / New Line Request Form to request equipment and / or a new line installation.
This request must be authorised by the Head of Department or a role with suitable financial authority and accompanied by a relevant cost code. Billing is administered centrally by Telecoms with incurred costs being re-charged to individual departments on a monthly basis.

Please complete and submit a Telecoms Mobile Phone Request Form for the ordering of Mobile phones and mobile data devices for university business use.
These can be ordered from the Telecoms Office. All requests for mobile devices must be authorised by the Head of Department or a role with suitable financial authority and accompanied by a relevant cost code. Billing is administered centrally by Telecoms with incurred costs being re-charged to individual departments on a monthly basis.

By doing so it will enable the telephone directory to be kept up to date and will assist our Telephone Operators in providing the best service possible.
