Building Repairs and Maintenance Requests

The E&FM ‘Technical Team’ provides a maintenance and repair service for all University buildings and the roads, paving and landscaping on the University owned land around them. 

Please use the request form below for all building repairs and maintenance requests:

Please note that while responsibility for maintaining the structure and fabric of University buildings is funded centrally, through E&FM, funding for certain requests may need to be provided by Schools or departments. For clarification of the Maintenance service please refer to the University Maintenance Policy.

You may also use the above form to make initial requests for alterations schemes instigated by Schools or Departments and these will be passed onto the relevant person. Alternatively you may wish to contact the helpdesk who will put you in touch with an appropriate member of the Technical Team.
