Staff Survey 2009
About the survey
You were invited during October and November 2009 to take part in the staff survey to give your views on your working life at the university and the areas that could be improved. This was to inform the next stages of the university’s Corporate Plan and Staffing Strategy. We are also required by the Health and Safety Executive to undertake an institutional risk assessment on stress and the staff survey responses will enable us to fulfil this duty. The survey was run for the university by Capita Surveys and Research Unit.Capita received a total of 1,350 completed questionnaires, representing a 54.11% response rate.
A big thank you to everyone who made the time to take part. Your views on the university as a place to work are really appreciated and are already helping to shape planning for the next few years.
