Times
As a general rule, all new work requires 4 weeks lead time.
This includes the provision of new extensions, changes to services
etc. For major changes i.e. office moves etc, 8 weeks lead time is
required, if only to provide an initial notification of intentions.
Failure to meet these timescales could result in delays to service
provision.
New
Lines and Changes of Details
To
order a new line or to change details please use the form below. Any
new line requests or changes to the Class of Service must be authorised
by the Head of Department or equivalent role. To help the Telephone
Operators to keep the information up to date and to provide the best
service possible, staff are asked to notify the Telecoms
Office of
any changes that may affect this directory as they occur. This can
be done initially by e-mailing telecoms with full details or by using
the form provided.
